Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any part of the wowph app platform. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Violation of any of the above obligations may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of any pending balances, subject to applicable law.

5. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on wowph app — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform does not accept or process foreign currencies directly. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment method supports PHP transactions.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in your account at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are processed according to the methods and timelines indicated in your account payment settings. wowph app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit through your bank or payment provider without prior agreement from wowph app may result in account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from any available balance.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

Promotional offers available through the wowph app Promotion section are subject to individual terms, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game categories, wagering requirements, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed in English alongside each active offer.

Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without meeting stated conditions, or claimed more than once per offer unless explicitly stated. wowph app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

wowph app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain stable and uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wowph app and its affiliated parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, unauthorized account access, or service interruptions. The platform does not guarantee any specific gaming outcomes, and no representation is made that playing will result in financial gain.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

wowph app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
  • Provision of false registration information or identity documents.
  • Failure to comply with age or eligibility verification requests within the required timeframe.
  • Behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to platform staff or other users.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users who believe their account was closed in error may contact support through their account portal.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wowph app platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of wowph app or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

Using platform content for commercial purposes, reselling access, or scraping the platform in any automated manner is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to These Terms

wowph app may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be communicated via an update notice on the platform or via your registered account. Your continued use of wowph app after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
